Spiced Vegan Hot Chocolate

Let's make a glass of hot chocolate for start the day.

200 ml plant milk
10 gr cocoa powder
20 gr dark couverture chocolate (DCC)
15 gr palm sugar or brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt


1. Cut DCC.
2. Mix cocoa powder, DCC, sugar, and salt.
3. Heat plant milk (I used soy milk) until 80 celcius degree or if boiled, stir sometimes.
4. Off the stove and add (number 2). And then, add cinnamon powder and vanilla extract. Mix it together until chocolate melted.
5. Serve. Happy cooking.
